Join us for a fun filled day of wine tasting at Chateu Elan! We will enjoy a tour and enjoy several flights of their finest wine! Enjoy the property filled with lovely amenities prior to our departure to the Tangier Outlets for a few hours of shopping!

 Sip mimosa's and play games on the way.  Enjoy a memorable experience the art of wine tasting & shopping with your friend or partner!

Join Ashia Darby of Here 2 Inspire and Robert Pue of Happy Feet for this special event to reconnect with self!  The Lake Claire Community Land Trust is a green oasis in the heart of Atlanta. But it is more than a place; it is also the community of neighbors and friends who gather here to celebrate nature, the arts, and each other.
Come spend an evening with us to relax, detox, get clear and connect with transcending energy found in silence, stillness and solitude.

Friday Evening

  • Meet and Greet
  • "The Power of Silence"
  • Sweat Lodge- Similar to a sweat/sauna we will use to facilitate healing, purification, and relaxation.
  • Camp Fire "Release" Ceremony- To release old patterns, habits, & anything else that may be keeping you from your planetary purpose.
Saturday Morning
  • Guided AM Meditation
  • Soul Yoga Class
  • Journaling Session
    •  
    Saturday Afternoon
  • Nature Walk (walking meditation)
  • Relaxation time - An opportunity to develop your healing relationship with yourself through the natural beauty of the space 
  • Free time for reflection, journaling or 
  • Receive optional healing treatments (ie: massage, reflexology, personal coaching sessions)
Accommodations
We will be sleeping together in one room. You are welcome to bring a air mattress, sleeping bag and or whatever else makes you comfy. There are a few areas to set up  a tent outside if you like.

Food
In order to give our bodies a break , we will be fasting with fresh vegetable and fruit juice on Saturday. Friday evening I suggest you eat something light prior to 6pm prior to participating in the sweat lodge activity later that evening. We will supply plenty of water. If for some reason you do not wish to participate in the fast please plan accordingly by bringing snacks for yourself (preferably things that do not need warming).

What To Bring


1. Sleeping bag and or twin size air mattress
2. Warm comfy clothing
3. Any snacks u may need. (We are preparing fresh juice)
4. Journal
5. Change of clothing for Sweat Lodge ( dress, bathing suite etc)
6. Any other items that make you comfortable
7. Flash Light
8. Yoga Mat & Towel
9. Whatever Toiletries u may need.
