Watch your Mouth

We spit jewels of fire everyday with what we are speaking. It is important to be mindful of the words coming out of your mouth because they are creating more of what you see.  Much of this is personal programming that has probably been passed down from generation to generation. It is up to you to break this spell of negativity. Most of these sayings are so deeply imbedded in our subconcious minds that we do not even realize the words are poison.  Because we have to reprogram our minds, it is important for you to counter these thoughts with a positive affirmation. It takes 30 days to make something a new habit. Practice these exercises the next 30 days and see how your life changes. You will never know a difference if you never try.

Examples of Negative Thoughts and their Opposite Positive Affirmation

"Times are hard for everyone"    OR  "Everyday is a chance to experience to the life I want to live"
"I'm Broke"                               OR  "Money flows fluently and abundantly & my needs are always met.
"Relationships don't work"       OR  " I attract only love and healthy relationships

These are just a few examples. Affirmations are powerful methods to change your reality. Even if you don't believe them, keep saying them. They will be programmed into your subconcious mind which is the seat of our decision making process anyway.
